Ordering with HigherHeart.com

Ordering with HigherHeart.com is very simple, safe secure Padlock and fast and can be done via our secure server. This is the easiest, simplest and safest method. We also accept payment via. PayPal - please contact us before this method is used. We accept cheques in the post in Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'Tachyon Limited'. For our address, please check our contact details.

Prices on our website can be displayed in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and Japanese Yen (JPY). When ordering you will be charged in the currency that you have selected. The default currency is UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you wish to order in a different currency please make a selection using the currency 'flags' at the top right hand corner of the website. Please check that you are happy the currency selected before placing an order. We are not able to make refunds for orders which were mistakenly made in the wrong currency.

Payment

Can I pay using my credit or debit card online?

HigherHeart.com accepts all credit or debit cards online. HigherHeart.com is a secure and safe shopping site which utilises the latest secure shopping protocols (SSL) linked in with Protx and HSBC. The page in which your card details are entered, uses firewalls (preventing unauthorised access to or from a private network) and Secure Socket Layers (SSL) - this is a secure method of hiding all the information that your computer and the server sends to each other. All of your personal and credit card details are safely encrypted when any data is sent across the Internet.

After selecting the products that you would like in your basket, you may proceed to the checkout. At this point you will need to enter your address and contact details. You will then be transferred to a secure page where you input your credit or debit card details. This page is hosted by and managed by Protx, one of the leaders in credit card authorisation. HigherHeart.com do not see your credit card details at any point in the transaction. Once your payment has successfully been processed, HigherHeart.com are notified immediately and can then dispatch your products.

Your card details will be authorized or declined on the spot, so you will know whether your order has been accepted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to confirm how much your card has been debited.

HigherHeart.com pay to use a third party provider to take your credit card/debit card details for us online. The reason that we do this is because we are a retailer of holistic, spiritual, health and new age products, not a credit card authorisation company. Using this method ensures that you - the customer can relax knowing that you can shop in confidence because the very latest in credit card security is being used to protect your details. It is possible for you to tell if the page that you enter is secure, because there should be a small padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner of your browser window.

Does HigherHeart.com accept other forms of payment?

HigherHeart.com accepts accept cheques and postal orders in Pounds Sterling. Where necessary, we can take credit card payments over the telephone. If paying by cheque, we will dispatch the products once the cheque has cleared (usually 3-7 days). We will only accept cheques in pounds sterling.

When paying by cheque, you should add your items to your shopping basket (as if you were paying by credit card). Once done, review your shopping trolley, and change the UK shipping rates if desired. On the same screen , under Order Total, select 'cheque'. Continue to Next Step, and change the international shipping rates if your order is to be delivered outside the UK. Select 'I Agree to Terms and Conditions' and continue to next step. this will send the confirmation through to us. Please make a note of your order Number, You are now ready to send the cheque

We use The Royal Mail and internationally recognised couriers and provide our customers with the ability to choose the shipping option that best meets their needs.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

HigherHeart.com normally ship goods within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. If we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) then we will e-mail you to let you know what the problem is. If you do not receive your order within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch in the UK and 5 to 7 working days for orders sent by airmail please let us know and we will look into the problem. If you still have not received your order after 14 days please write to us confirming non-receipt and we will refund you in full.

 

How much will postage cost?

All postage charges are clearly marked in the shopping basket and are dependent on the weight of all your products.

You should receive your order within the following timescales.

UK Royal Mail First Class - 2 to 3 working days.

UK DHL Economy Courier - 2 to 4 working days.

World - Airmail 5 to 7 working days | FedEx 3 to 4 working days | Surface mail 3 weeks

Guarantees

What should I do if my goods are damaged?

HigherHeart.com guarantees that if any of your items prove to be faulty or damaged in the post. We will replace the damaged item with a brand new one or provide you with a refund. Please contact support@higherheart.com to describe what the problem is and we will advise you what to do. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

What if I don't like the product?

If the items you have ordered are unsuitable you must inform us within 7 days of receipt. Email our customer service on returns@higherheart.com detailing your order number will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the items are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your returns number with the returns number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. Items returned outside these guidelines will only be subject to credit and those without returns numbers will not be accpeted. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We will not also be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where returns are made outside these terms and conditions, we reserve the right not to provide a refund, or to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Higherheart will arrange for an exchange. Higherheart decision is final.

Privacy

Will I receive spam or unsolicited e-mails?

HigherHeart.com never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third party companies. Your information is secure with HigherHeart.com. We do use your e-mail address to send our newsletter to you which will inform you of any special offers, new products and latest articles. If you want to unsubscribe, please follow the link below.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Complaints

What should I do if I have a complaint?

If you are unsatisifed with HigherHeart.com for any reason, then please contact admin@higherheart.com or write to our address. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and you will be given the name of our member of staff who is dealing with your complaint. We aim to resolve your complaint within two weeks of your initial contact.

General Questions

How can I tell if the product I want is in stock?

When you click on each product it should tell you whether or not the product is in stock and the amount. If a product is out of stock it will tell you next to the product.

Do you have a shop we can visit?

HigherHeart.com does not have a shop that customers can visit. All or our sales are exclusively done via the internet.

Do you have a printed catalogue?

HigherHeart.com does not have a printed catalogue as our stock changes regularly - the website is our catalogue.
